Terms of Service

These starter terms describe how riders may request transportation from Luis Local Transportation, an independent provider. They are not a substitute for attorney-reviewed contracts.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a ride. Service is confirmed only when the driver accepts and confirms the booking.

Riders are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, being ready at the confirmed time, and paying the agreed fare unless another billing arrangement is confirmed in writing.

Local licensing, commercial insurance, vehicle-for-hire rules, and airport permitting requirements must be reviewed before launch. Checking a box or reading this page does not make the business legally compliant.
